The focus of the group facilitator is on guiding and supporting learners progress towards the learning outcomes/competency to be achieved. The competency of individual facilitation is addressed by a separate unit of competency - TAADEL403B Facilitate individual learning . It also includes the skills needed to support and manage interactions with and between individuals in a group. The competency of delivering training and facilitating learning to a group involves preparing, guiding supporting and managing learners using a range of delivery methods, knowledge, skills and behaviours that enhance learning. This unit specifies the competency required to facilitate learning by individuals within a group.
